The work:

In this role you will be responsible for building end to end ETL processes for a variety of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data sources using a range of tools including some ETL tools (mulesoft/alteryx) and open-source programming (python & java) to ingest into a Cloudera/Impala data lake environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in SQL, one or more programming languages, ETL best practices, strong attention to detail, and a "can do" attitude.

Here's what you need:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proficient working knowledge with ETL tools and ETL programming
• Proficient SQL skills
• Proficiency in Python or another programming language (Java, etc.)
• Comfortable working in Linux and distributed environment
• Acute attention to detail
• Passion for data
• Team Player and ability to work in an Agile development environment
• US Citizens only

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with AWS
• Experience with Hadoop (Cloudera/Impala), Hive

 

 

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
