Required Qualifications

• must be an actively enrolled student not graduating prior to the start of the Summer Internship Program in May; or
  • if graduating from a bachelor's degree program prior to the start of the internship, starting a graduate degree program in the upcoming summer or fall semester; or
• must be pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree in real estate, finance, marketing, business, computer programming or related field and be a current sophomore or above (rising junior or above as of the program start in Summer 2025) or a graduate student
• ability to analyze financial data and create reports
• detail orientation and organizational skills
• basic knowledge of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• good communication skills; both verbal and written
• knowledge of fundamental Real Estate
• ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• ability to multi-task
• ability to read, understand, and interpret data surveys

Preferred Qualifications

• knowledge of Office 365; SharePoint
• Publix Corporate / Retail Experience
• knowledge of Property Management Principles
• coursework in Finance, Real Estate, Marketing
• involvement in College/University Real Estate Clubs
• student member in industry groups such as International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC)
