Role Background:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analytics Specialist with expertise in forecasting, pricing, and customer lifetime value analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience in the retail and e-commerce sectors, with a strong focus on leveraging the Azure platform. Proficiency in Python is crucial, as the role involves heavy modeling tasks.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough business analytics, emphasizing forecasting, pricing strategies, and customer lifetime value analysis.

Collaborate with the Transparent marketing analytics consulting firm and integrate seamlessly into their team structure.

Work within the Azure platform to extract, analyze, and visualize data to derive actionable insights.

Utilize Python for complex modeling tasks and algorithm development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects for our customer, a prominent footwear company.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in forecasting, pricing, and customer lifetime value analysis within the retail and e-commerce sectors.

Proficiency in using the Azure platform for data analytics.

Strong programming skills in Python for data modeling and analysis.

Ability to work collaboratively with external consulting firms and seamlessly integrate into their team.

Excellent communication skills to convey complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

 

Experience working with a marketing analytics consulting firm.

Familiarity with the footwear industry.

Previous exposure to US Eastern or Central time zones.

Time Zone Expectations:

Flexibility is essential, with an expectation that the candidate's availability will overlap primarily with US Eastern or Central time zones.
