We partner with leading banks, insurers, and fintechs to deliver data-driven transformation, operational excellence, and innovative digital solutions.</p> <p><strong>Role Overview:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p>We are looking for a <strong>Data Architect</strong> to join a strategic client project where architecture design, technology selection, and implementation alignment are critical to success.</p> <p>This is a consulting role for a professional who combines <strong>strong architectural thinking with hands-on technical expertise</strong>. You will bridge business data requirements, logical and physical data models, cloud platforms (GCP/Azure), and implementation realities.</p> <p>You will be responsible for shaping end-to-end data architecture — from conceptual and logical models, through tooling recommendations, to supporting implementation teams in building scalable, secure, and future-ready data platforms.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <p><strong>Data Architecture Design</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define target data architecture aligned with business and governance requirements</li> <li>Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models</li> <li>Establish data integration patterns (batch, streaming, APIs)</li> <li>Define data storage, processing, and consumption layers (lake/lakehouse/warehouse paradigms)</li> <li>Ensure alignment between data architecture and enterprise architecture standards</li> </ul> <p><strong>Cloud &amp; Platform Architecture (GCP / Azure)</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design scalable cloud-native data platforms on GCP and/or Azure</li> <li>Define architecture patterns leveraging services such as: <ul> <li>GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage)</li> <li>Azure (Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, ADLS, Event Hub)</li> </ul> </li> <li>Ensure security, IAM, data protection, and cost-efficiency principles are embedded</li> <li>Design DevOps/DataOps approaches for CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code</li> </ul> <p><strong>Tooling Recommendations</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assess current data ecosystem and identify architecture gaps</li> <li>Recommend appropriate tools for ingestion, transformation, storage, metadata, and data quality</li> <li>Define selection criteria and evaluate vendors/platform components</li> <li>Ensure tooling decisions align with
