This role reports to the Manager of Royalties.</p> <h2><strong>What you'll do:</strong></h2> <div class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Container"> <ul> <li>Office- first role, in office 4 days a week.</li> <li>Provide support to the Monthly, Quarterly &amp; Semi-Annual Accounting processes to ensure timely and accurate provision of statements and payments</li> <li>Respond efficiently to any internal and external queries regarding reporting and payments</li> <li>Ensure processes and best practices are documented clearly to aid internal teams to self-serve where possible</li> <li>Manage set-up and maintenance of third-party payee accounts and contracts within our internal systems including comprehensive quality checks</li> <li>Manage third-party payee accounting run and coordinating this to be included in the monthly accounting run</li> <li>Coordinate with Contract Administration and Business Affairs to investigate any complex contractual commitments and ongoing royalty reporting analysis and/or queries</li> <li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the ongoing efficiency and accuracy of the third-party accounting process</li> <li>Handle delivery of client statements where required</li> <li>Investigate royalty discrepancies for reconciliation purposes</li> <li>Assist with audits&nbsp;</li> </ul> </div> </div> <h2 class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoField_Job"><strong>Who you are:</strong></h2> <div class="iCIMS_InfoMsg iCIMS_InfoMsg_Job"> <div class="iCIMS_Expandable_Container"> <ul> <li>Experience in a royalty analysis/report
