Material Procurement Requisitioner

The Colorado Manufacturing Group at Leidos currently has an opening for a Materials Requisitioner to work in our Colorado Springs, Colorado office.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the fulfillment acquisition process.

• Create purchase requisitions in CostPoint.

• Communicate effectively with DOD industry suppliers and cultivate meaningful relationships.

• Manage Leidos required supplier paperwork.

• Collaborate with product engineering, production planning, purchasing and quality teams for mission success.

• Track supplier on time delivery.

• Create and present weekly status reports.

• Data analysis.

• Other administrative duties as required.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant procurement experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Exposure to supply chain and commodity management in DFAR environment.

• Strong customer interface skills.

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

• Must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance OR meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Supply chain professional.

• Procurement experience using CostPoint.

• Understanding of lean principals and root cause analysis.

• Ability to read mechanical drawing and data sheets.

• Active secret security clearance.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $63,700.00 - $115,150.00
