Position Type:  Hourly

Pay Range:  $18.00 - $20.00

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the body shop, and hand them off to the appropriate party

• Answer the phone, ensuring a seamless customer experience

• Schedule customers into estimation/service appointments

• Communicate the schedule to estimators and technicians

• Make sure the customer is updated on progress of the vehicle

• Initial intake paperwork

• Assist estimators with all paperwork: authorizations/vehicle check-in/contact information

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver license

• Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
