Senior Recruiter - TEMP POSITION (6 months)

What will I be doing?  

ü  Partner with hiring managers and individuals at all levels of the organization to address staffing needs throughout the agency

ü  Review resumes and applications, conduct thorough candidate screenings and effectively communicate the agency's unique selling points to engage potential hires

ü  Maintain up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system, phone screening notes, documenting candidate assessments and requisition details

ü  Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates

ü  Use LinkedIn recruiter to proactively identify passive candidates and engage them through personalized outreach and networking

ü  Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing regular updates and acting as a main point of contact

ü  Ensure a positive candidate experience by addressing questions, providing feedback, and ensuring timely communication

ü  Conduct employment verifications and reference checks on selected candidates

ü  Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor insights, using this knowledge to guide effective recruitment strategies

ü  Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and analytics, generating reports to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement

ü  Identify and propose solutions to inefficiencies in the recruiting process

ü  Develop strategies to resource for hard to fill positions

ü  Participate and assist in university job fairs and recruiting networking events to increase brand awareness

ü  Various Human Resources projects as assigned
