Physical Therapy Assistant I

HSHS St. Anthony's is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our therapy department. Are you driven by a passion for helping children with special needs thrive? As a Pediatric Physical Therapy Assistant, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on young lives, guiding them toward physical and emotional milestones.

In this role, you'll treat all assigned patients and execute treatment plans as outlined by the plan of care. You'll serve as an educator for patients, families, students, co-workers, and contribute to your own professional advancement. Additionally, you'll perform other professional duties related to patient care, development of therapy program services, and engagement in the growth of interdisciplinary teams.

• Weekend requirement: There will be weekend rotation. About 1x every 6-8 weeks.

Education Qualifications

• Graduate (e.g., Associate) from an accredited program which meets the licensure requirements in the state of practice (Required).

Certifications, Licenses and Registrations

• Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant required.
• Certified BLS or completion in the first 90 days of employment required.
