Job Description
This role will be based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, New York, or Bellevue.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
We are looking for a self-driven and passionate Senior Product Manager to drive feed platform capabilities on Feed and across the broader Content Experience, as well as the overarching consumer navigation experience. This role is expected to deliver member and customer value across the company by enabling effective partner integrations into Feed/Nav. The role requires someone who is an ecosystem thinker that can balance business and engagement tradeoffs through close collaboration with all LinkedIn LoBs (e.g. Talent Solutions, Marketing Solutions, Sales Solutions, Consumer Product) and various cross-function partners (e.g. data science, design, engineering, marketing, BD). The role requires a principled product thinker who can design scalable systems that support many use cases while maintaining a cohesive, single Feed experience. It is a highly visible and impactful role that spans the entire LinkedIn ecosystem and is crucial for LinkedIn to accomplish its mission.
Responsibilities
- Build user experiences that integrate naturally within the Feed ecosystem that are valuable, simple and intuitive
- Make data-driven decisions on how best to solve member and customer challenges by pulling and analyzing data from multiple sources
- Drive product strategy, planning, and detailed product requirements to solve these problems and create value for customers
- Generate buy-in and excitement with key stakeholders and executives across LinkedIn
- Contribute toward a team culture focused on high velocity decision making, deep care, and learning
- Define product metrics, objectives, and key results to help guide and measure the success of initiatives and ramps
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role
Preferred Qualifications
- MS degree in a technology-related field
- Experience in consumer product and consumer monetization, specifically ads-based and subscription business models
- Experience building web/mobile consumer products with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development and launch
- Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $146,000 to $238,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
