You will thrive in an agile, low-meeting environment, focusing on actual development rather than rigid frameworks.  </p> <p><strong>This is an opportunity to make a real impact, drive innovation, and shape the future of software development at NOV.</strong> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain in-house desktop and web applications for the Subsea Production Systems business area. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Optimize SQL databases and API services for performance and scalability. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Reduce complexity in existing and future code architecture. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Work closely with end-users and production teams to enhance usability and efficiency. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Lead technology projects across the Subsea Production Systems business area. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Drive the adoption of AI-powered applications in our workflows. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Contribute to a collaborative, innovation-driven team environment. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Requirements:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) or autodidact within software development. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Full-Stack Development experience with a strong focus on: <br/>    - Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Vue.js <br/>    - SQL databases and FastAPI <br/>   -  Pydantic models and Dataclasses </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Experience with Numpy/Scipy (bonus: scikit or other ML frameworks). </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for deploying containerized applications. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Strong GitHub and Copilot experience. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Comfortable working in agile and product development environments. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Several years of hands-on experience in software development and product development. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary package, including health insurance.
