Job Summary
This role provides technical and application support for assigned Departmental Systems. The individual will interface with clinicians and align clinical workflows with deployed or planned technologies.
Essential Functions
- Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
- Provides technical system and application administration support for applications managed by Departmental Systems.
- Ensures completion of systems maintenance activities.
- Participates in technical reviews, system implementations, upgrades and changes.
- Focuses on aligning IT services with the needs of business.
- Supporting data and equipment integration and interfacing within Departmental Systems, as well as across other clinical systems.
- Performs analysis for reports requests, enhancements, software/hardware upgrades and conversion for all Departmental Systems.
- Adheres to and promotes all enterprise IS&T standards pertaining to security, operations, change management, back-up and recovery, workstation management, network management, inventory, licensing, vendor support and any other shared infrastructure resources or functions.
- Provides on-call support for Departmental Systems when required.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED (required). Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare or Computer Science (preferred).
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in Healthcare IT (preferred).
