The Licensed Clinical Supervisor provides guidance and supervision to clinical team members, facilitates treatment planning and case consultations, monitors quality standards, coordinates community partnerships, and supports continuous program improvement. Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and provide clinical oversight for a co-occurring substance use disorder and mental health treatment program to ensure high-quality, client-centered care.

· Supervise, mentor, coach, and develop clinical team members through regular supervision, performance evaluations, training plans, and professional development opportunities.

· Facilitate clinical case staffing meetings, diagnostic disposition meetings, and interdisciplinary team discussions to support effective treatment planning and service delivery.

· Provide direct clinical services including assessments, intakes, individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy based upon program and client needs.

· Collaborate with healthcare providers, referral sources, community partners, and external agencies to coordinate comprehensive services and support positive client outcomes.

· Monitor service delivery, clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes to ensure compliance, quality, accuracy, and clinical appropriateness.

· Conduct record reviews and quality assurance activities to ensure adherence to regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards.

· Develop and maintain program schedules and operational processes that effectively meet client needs while protecting client rights and promoting successful treatment outcomes.

· Manage staffing coverage, approve time-off requests, and coordinate resources to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

· Assist with budget oversight, fiscal projections, service utilization reviews, and responsible management of program resources.

· Respond to client crises, support incident management processes, and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are completed.

· Promote continuous quality improvement initiatives, evaluate program performance indicators, and assist leadership with departmental reporting requirements.

· Establish and maintain productive relationships with referral sources and community organizations to enhance access to services.
