We're building something — and we're looking for leaders who want to grow with us. The District Manager (DM) serves as the senior regional leader for the Minneapolis-St. Paul Region, responsible for the performance, operations, compliance, training execution, and culture across four or more retail dispensary locations. This role oversees General Managers at each location, ensuring alignment with company standards and strategic goals.
