Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

BILL is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Campaign Manager to support our new Supplier Growth team. This is a critical role that will play a foundational part in driving pipeline and building the proven infrastructure required to reach BILL’s multi-million dollar revenue goals from the supplier segment.

The Marketing Campaign Manager will play a critical role in driving awareness, acquisition, and activation for BILL’s flagship supplier payment solution. This hands-on role is responsible for developing, launching, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns and ABM programs to promote SPP to high-value supplier accounts. This individual collaborates closely with Product Marketing, Growth, Analytics, and Sales to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will:

  • Develop and deploy a variety of multi-channel campaigns and ABM programs (1:Few, 1:Many) that grow and nurture our lead funnel; including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams, and project managing execution.
  • Plan and launch targeted campaigns to high-priority supplier accounts using account-based marketing approaches, including personalized outreach, retargeting, direct mail, and event programs.
  • Oversee the development of demand generation assets (email, landing pages, direct mail, social ads, sales emails, etc.)
  • Achieve campaign performance targets through A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels.
  • Partner with Sales and Growth to create and test new SPP offers, monitor pipeline impact, and optimize based on performance data and feedback.
  • Track and report campaign performance, including pipeline impact and conversion rates, providing regular insights on ROI and channel effectiveness.
  • Provide recommendations around campaign optimization, improving lead quality, and maximizing ROI.
  • Maintain deep understanding of Supplier Payments Plus product functionality, customer pain points, and competitive differentiation, translating these insights into impactful marketing activities.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in B2B payments, account-based marketing, and digital campaign strategy.

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • 8+ years of experience in managing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns, ideally for B2B fintech/payments or SaaS solutions
  • Strong project management, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in thinking strategically and problem solving.
  • Proficiency with ABM platforms, paid media (search, display, social), email marketing, and campaign analytics tools.
  • Analytical and quantitative skills; bias towards data-based decision making.
  • Ability to multitask, balance, and juggle responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage offer testing, iterate on performance, and communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with Product Marketing, Sales, Analytics, and external partners
  • Exceptional project management and organizational abilities
  • Data-driven, analytical mindset with a track record of optimizing campaigns for ROI
  • Experience with CRM systems (especially Salesforce) is a must.
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms (especially Outreach) is a plus.
