OT049: CH - CHICAGO, IL 949 Oak Creek Drive, Lombard, IL, 60148 USAOtis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated New Equipment Coordinator to oversee coordination of activities on multiple new equipment installation projects throughout the Western Region. The New Equipment Coordinator will ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do:
- Ability to work closely with the internal project managers, sales staff, construction superintendents, external customers, and senior leadership to ensure successful financial milestones are met and customer communication
- Perform construction administrative duties as outlined below to maximize project cash coverage
- Manage certified payroll, liens & waivers, all New Equipment third party systems / customer special billing forms, prevailing wage documents, and supplemental billing forms.
- Manage Certificate of Insurance (COI) processing
- Support the Accounts Payable process through PO corrections
- Assist the Accounts Receivable process through collections of the top 10 accounts by attending collection calls with PMs, sales reps and provide reporting as required
- KPI 100% cash coverage of assigned projects
- 0% reserves on assigned accounts
- No AR attributed to assigned tasks
You should have:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Education / Certifications:
- High school diploma required. AA/AS degree preferred
