In this role, you’ll manage the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to manage and deploy over 400 IT devices and multiple networks for a high-profile client with a critical national security mission. You’ll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to guide the Agile development of client IT project roadmaps, establishing project milestones and implement metrics to track progress while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.

What You’ll Work On:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues for end-users.

• Create, modify, and disable user accounts and access privileges in accordance with established security protocols.

• Track and manage IT assets, including computers, peripherals, software licenses, and other equipment.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable security policies and procedures, including data security, network security, and physical security.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, printers, network devices, and other peripherals on classified and unclassified networks.

• Create and maintain accurate documentation for IT systems, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

• Conduct training sessions for new and existing users on various IT systems and applications.

• Research and learn about new technologies and trends in IT support.

• Manage and maintain Pilot or Operator IT devices, server information, and applications for connectivity to the aircraft platforms.

You Have: 

• 10+ years of experience providing IT project management and support in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues with Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office suite, network connectivity, and common hardware peripherals

• Ability to provide 24/7 client support through an on-call schedule

• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues

• Ability to be a self-starter and work independently with minimal supervision

• TS/SCI clearance

• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience working in a high-profile military or government environment

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Possession of excellent customer service skills, including providing timely and effective support to end-users

• Associate’s degree in an IT field

• Security+ or equivalent Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
