From taking vitals to scheduling appointments, you’ll support our nurses and healthcare professionals while contributing to the overall patient journey.</div> <p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Welcome and check-in patients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.</li> <li>Assist with scheduling, medical records, and updating insurance information.</li> <li>Support clinical staff by preparing treatment rooms and taking patient vitals.</li> <li>Assist with infusions, subcutaneous injections, and documenting patient care.</li> <li>Help maintain clinic inventory, equipment, and supplies.</li> <li>Perform lab draws, phlebotomy, and other clinical tasks as needed.</li> </ul> <p><span id="jobDescription" class="fbText"></span></p> <div id="jobQualifications-row" class="row formRowStandard "> <div class="formLine"> <p><strong>What You'll Bring</strong></p> <ul> <li>Enjoys interacting with patients, nurses, and healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Strong multitasking, time management, and prioritization skills.</li> <li>Excellent customer service with strong attention to detail.</li> <li>Proficient in using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and standard office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.</li> <li>Ability to take and record vital signs and administer medications and injections.</li> <li>Capable of documenting patient care accurately in the EMR and handling telephones and scheduling appointments.</li> <li>Demonstrates ethical healthcare and business practices, ensuring HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Essential Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Successful completion of a formal Medical Assistant program, with certification.</li> <li><strong>Active and valid Medical Assistant certification or licensure in the state of employment.</strong> Candidates must ensure their certification
