Join us and be a part of a team that values your professional growth and personal well-being! Who We Need As the Program Coordinator you will be responsible for the coordination and development of both youth treatment programming and staff to support the needs of youth members served. Program Coordinator provides quality services to enhance treatment and programming for youth in a residential treatment setting. Services are provided in a residential treatment facility. The Program Coordinator promotes active treatment and a positive environment for youth as identified in their individualized service plan/behavior plan. Responsible for the overall performance of the assigned programs and employees in providing operational, administrative, scheduling/coverage, clinical leadership and coordination of services to members. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field plus two (2) years’ experience working with children and youth  in a residential care setting; equivalency of education and experience acceptable.
  • One (1) year of supervisory experience in like settings required.
  • Ability to pass a full background clearance to include state background check clearance.
  • Must have reliable transportation, valid Driver’s License with state minimum insurance coverage and ability to meet and maintain Copa Health’s acceptable driving requirements.
JOB SUMMARY (Including, but not limited to):
  • Develop and direct program functions and objectives, collect performance data and performance measurements, implement policies and procedures and recommend program/plan changes.
  • Responsible for coordination of care daily for youth served with Copa staff, clinical teams, guardians, and advocates.
  • Responsible for complete and accurate Assessments, ISP’s, Intakes, and discharges to include crisis management.
  • Assists in the planning and supervising of direct care services for youth members.
  • Responsible for the recruitment, training, professional development and performance evaluation and management of program staff. 
  • Provide administrative and clinical supervision to program staff through weekly individual and/or group supervision meetings and/or weekly group staff meetings.
  • Conducts periodic audits of records, services provided, and administrative processes.
  • Adherence to agency policies, licensure, and training requirements.
  • Manage staff schedules and complete required staf
