This position is responsible for providing high quality customer service during all events, to achieve customer satisfaction and accurate accounting of all transactions, including inventory.


ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Sets up and services individual beverage locations.
• Properly handle cash.
• Enforce all liquor laws.
• Verify and account for all liquor inventory.
• Maintain proper sanitation, cleanliness and organization of bar/work area.
• Follow proper safety practices.
• Provide pleasant and efficient service to customers.
• Prepares all beverage items for sale in the station/bar assigned.
• Sells to customers, charging amount indicated on price list.
• Receives and handles cash, tickets and/or credit cards.
• Accurately verifies all cash and liquor inventory with supervisor.
• Verifies cash register is programmed properly, according to approved sales prices.
• Follows all rules and regulations which apply to the beverage operations and to LEGENDS
GLOBAL Food and Beverage Division.
• Requests identification for every guest purchasing alcohol.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by Food & Beverage Manager(s).
• Stock and replenish bar inventory - includes liquor, mixers, glassware, ice, and
garnishes.
• Remove trash and recycle throughout shift and at close.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Report timely to work, in the proper uniform and prepare to start at the starting
time. Know your work area and set up as directed.
• Set up, breakdown, stock, restock portable bars for events.
• Abide by the operating standards outlined in the policy and procedure manual.
• Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required from Management as
needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Requires ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, in
addition to normal business hours.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
• Experience working in a high-volume bar.
• Must have basic working knowledge of cash register and cash handling procedures.
• Must have sufficient math ability to accurately count and handle money.
• Must have working knowledge of bar operation.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
• Must have a pleasant personality and a neat appearance.
• Must have ability to take directions and effectively perform the work.
• Must have sufficient math ability to accurately count and handle money.

• Must speak and understand English well enough to converse with customers,
supervisors, and employees.

and procedures converse with customers, supervisors and employees.
