Certified Nursing Assistant (PRN)

MyPotential at Home, a National Lutheran Service, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in Rockville, MD. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality in-home care to seniors, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Provide mobility assistance and help with transfers
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members
• Observe and report changes in client condition to supervisors

Requirements

• Active Maryland CNA Certification
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible availability
• Strong communication skills
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Physical ability to assist with client transfers
