Compliance/Loan Review Intern - Summer 2027

<p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">The&nbsp;<span style="color: rgb(53, 152, 219);"><strong>Bank Compliance and Loan Review Department</strong></span>&nbsp;of <span style="color: rgb(53, 152, 219);">Anders</span> is seeking an&nbsp;<strong><span style="color: rgb(53, 152, 219);">Intern</span>&nbsp;</strong>who is motivated to learn, excited to collaborate and passionate about delivering outstanding results. This 8-week internship will start in June 2027 and end in late July 2027. The role is in-person in our offices in St. Louis and Chesterfield, Missouri.</span></p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Participate in reviews of client records to ensure compliance with federal consumer protection and anti-money laundering regulations</li> <li>Participate in reviews of client records to determine whether the client has appropriately identified risk within its loan portfolio</li> <li>Examine records to ensure proper recording and authorization of transactions, compliance with policies, and applicable laws</li> <li>Prepare detailed reports of findings and recommendations for client companies</li> <li>Prepare portions of compliance, internal audit, or loan review engagements</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>Your Qualifications:</strong>&nbsp;</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Must be enrolled in an accounting, finance, or related curriculum at the junior level or higher (Graduating May 2028 or earlier) </li> <li>Experience working in a bank or credit union is a plus</li> <li>Minimum 25+ hour work week required</li> </ul> <p>When you join our team, you’re an integral part of a dynamic culture with opportunities to make a real impact on clients, colleagues, and our community.
