Job Summary:

The Yang Lab at the University of Colorado School of Medicine is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join our team focused on advancing kidney gene therapy. The project integrates in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo experimental approaches using both porcine and human models.

Appointment Details

·         Start date: Fall or Winter 2025 (flexible).

Key Responsibilities:

·         Design and conduct experiments involving gene editing technologies in renal systems.

·         Develop and optimize delivery strategies for genetic therapies.

·         Perform advanced molecular, cellular, and tissue analyses (e.g., flow cytometry, microscopy, sequencing).

·         Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of investigators, clinicians, and trainees.

·         Contribute to publications, presentations, and grant development.

Work Location:

Onsite – this role is expected to work onsite and is located in Aurora, CO.
