Senior Accountant/Tax Manager

<p dir="ltr">Are you a seasoned accounting professional with a strong background in corporate tax compliance? We're seeking a dedicated Senior Accountant/Tax Manager to join our dynamic finance team. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our organization's adherence to tax regulations while overseeing critical accounting processes.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Tax Compliance:</strong> Take full ownership of corporate tax responsibilities, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws. Conduct thorough reviews of tax requirements for all entities and actively participate in tax audits and transfer pricing matters.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Accounting Oversight:</strong> Oversee the monthly closure of GL accounts, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions. Be hands-on when necessary to meet tight deadlines.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Accrual Management:</strong> Prepare monthly accruals and related supporting documentation.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Process Compliance &amp; Improvement:</strong> Implement and monitor the Company’s accounting policies and procedures, incorporating both accounting policies and internal procedural controls.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Technology Adaptation:</strong> Gain a deep understanding of E-books reporting requirements through the MyData platform.
