You will co‑define problems and outcomes and partner with IT on build‑vs‑buy decisions and delivery. You will raise awareness of best practices and tools, champion enterprise thinking, and ensure return on investment (ROI) is measured and tracked as AI becomes embedded in HR and OGC processes and culture.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategic leadership and vision: Act as an important partner to IT and HR/OGC leadership in shaping and influencing a forward‑looking HR and OGC AI and automation strategy in consideration of enterprise goals; collaborate to inform and evolve the HR and OGC AI roadmap, ensuring innovation is embedded into HR and OGC processes and culture.
  • HR & OGC process transformation: partner with SMEs in the HR & OGC function to prioritize, and sequence AI opportunities.
  • Technology partnership: collaborate with IT and the RPA team to assess tools, translate use cases into requirements, evaluate build vs. buy, and align with enterprise architecture, security, and privacy standards.
  • Program management: own charters, requirements, roadmaps, budgets, and backlogs; run intake/prioritization, RAID/risk logs, dependency management, and cross‑portfolio governance.
  • Change management and enablement: lead stakeholder analyses, readiness plans, training and communications; improve adoption with measurable proficiency gains.
  • Best practices and tools evangelism: monitor market trends and vendor capabilities; facilitate awareness sessions and communities of practice.
  • Innovation Sourcing and Evaluation: manage a pipeline of AI/automation opportunities; facilitate pilots and proofs‑of‑concept with HR and OGC teams; define go/no‑go criteria.
  • Governance and Alignment: ensure programs align with HR and OGC goals, IBOs, and enterprise AI governance; promote ethical, inclusive, and responsible use of AI.
  • Value realization and ROI: Collaborate with HR & OGC SMEs and IT partners to establish baselines, set targets and success criteria, and co‑define KPIs (e.g., cycle time, case deflection); help create dashboards; monitor, course‑correct, and report outcomes to leadership.
  • Enterprise Collaboration and Influence: convene cross‑functional forums, reconcile priorities, secure decisions, and ensure scaling across regions/functions.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Change management experience (training, communications, adoption measurement) with measurable outcomes.
  • Demonstrated AI literacy and technology fluency (translate business problems into AI/automation opportunities; articulate constraints, risks, and value).
  • Evidence of value realization discipline (defining baselines/targets, tracking return on investment, communicating impact).
  • Collaboration, management, and influencing without authority in matrixed, global environments.
  • Agile learner who processes across the entire HR and OGC domain.
