Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 4 years of progressively responsible related HR experience.

Position Purpose:

Support all aspects of the Leadership Experience function through the following: providing benchmarking and research insights; talent pool development programs coordination; assisting with implementation and/or updates to leadership development framework components; partnering with people team COEs and people partners to support success of workstreams; and responsible for ensuring voice of manager is present in all outputs.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:
  1. Provides benchmarking and research insights to leadership utilizing all available internal tools .
  2. Responsible for maintenance of Leadership Experience SharePoint page and all tools/resources .
  3. Partner with Talent Programs to create schedule of classes/offerings/program content facilitation .
  4. Partner with LSID to design material for programs and workstream solutions. Must also maintain and ensure sustainability of materials .
  5. Partner with People Programs to ensure voice of manager is considered with all COE workstreams .
  6. Partner with Talent Strategies to ensure Leadership Experience programs and training support the development of identified talent pools .
  7. Understands and monitors metrics to show effectiveness of all solutions .
  8. Acts as an internal consultant for interventions, teambuilding requests, development identification, training requests, etc. for enterprise .

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:
  1. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within field. Must exhibit good organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication skills and team building skills.
  2. Basic understanding of Project Management terminology and skills.
  3. Basic understanding of global business acumen.
  4. Basic understanding of metrics and data analysis.
  5. Knowledge of standard office equipment and business applications.
  6. Skilled user of PowerPoint, MSWord, Excel, Microsoft Outlook and development software.
  7. Travel required.
  8. Must have high initiative and be able to work to deadlines, manage multiple projects and maintain confidentiality.
