This vital role supports our aircraft maintenance operations by managing inbound and outbound parts, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating with buyers and vendors, and ensuring all materials meet compliance and documentation standards. As a Parts Coordinator, you play a critical role in minimizing downtime and keeping our technicians equipped to deliver safe, efficient aircraft performance.

What You’ll Do
- Pull and fulfill mechanic requisitions, prioritizing same-day issue where possible
- Verify part condition, quantities, serial numbers, traceability, and expiration dates, as applicable.
- Execute accurate transactions in maintenance and ERP systems (e.g., Corridor).
- Notify Buyer of parts that need to be ordered after fulfilling requisitions from stock
- Assist walk up customers with Sales Orders
- Assist in Receiving, and shipping
- Assist in routable cores, RMA, and core tracking to ensure timely vendor returns and credit recovery.
- Maintain orderly bins, staging areas, and inventory locations to support accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor Free Stock and consumable inventory levels and report replenishment needs to the Buyer.
- Oversee and troubleshoot inventory discrepancies, allocation conflicts, and system mismatches.
- Ensure parts are issued in compliance with FAA, company, and customer requirements.
- Assist with outbound shipments, including domestic, international, freight, and AOG shipments.
- Assist in Coordinating international shipments, freight movements, and special handling requirements.
- When Shipping ensure compliance with Hazmat, shipping, and export regulations; review shipping documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- When Shipping follow established shipping protocols, including packaging, insurance, documentation, photos, and hazmat requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Bring to the Table
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency with inventory management systems (Dynamics, Workshop, Corridor, and Salesforce)
• Basic understanding of shipping regulations, including hazardous materials handling
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs. as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous buying, shipping, or purchasing experience
• Prior experience in the automotive or aviation industries
• Previous experience in retail or warehouse operations
