Online Travel Support Specialist

Christopherson Business Travel, a globally recognized leader in Travel Management is looking for an Online Support Specialist to assist our travelers via email and phone regarding our online profile and booking tools. As the Online Support Specialist, you will be expected to learn all proprietary and 3rd party systems to assist clients, both internal and external.

Responsibilities

• Acquire an in-depth understanding of the online profile and booking processes for all third party Christopherson Business Travel online systems
• Support and assist clients with all online booking systems via phone and email
• Work closely with online pnr support, online tech, and development teams
• Ability to assist in basic logic behind SAP Concur expense tool
• Understanding of all CBT proprietary technologies and 3rd party systems that integrate with our tools
• Daily and/or weekly uploads of data from client files to the online booking tools
• Communicate with other departments and assist in training internal employees with basic online questions ensure all calls, emails and PNRs are worked and finished daily
• Assist “high adoption/online only” clients with some full-service requests (as assigned)
• Ability to work high volume of PNRs from Worldspan queues as requested
• General understanding of Compleat mid-office system and how PNRs interact with the system
• Ability to work in a team environment

Requirements

• 2+ years experience as a Travel Advisor or equivalent online navigational support experience
• Deeply ingrained orientation to the customer with a mindset toward delivering an exceptional experience to both internal and external customers
• Time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable offering best practice suggestions to clients
• Shift hours: 9am – 6pm MT
• Proficient in Worldspan GDS (Additional GDS experience helpful)
