As a Cloud Strategy and Solutions Lead, you will lead technical delivery while advising stakeholders across cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will directly engage with engineering and DevOps teams to bring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions to life.This is not a purely strategic or oversight role - it is designed for someone who thrives in rolling up their sleeves and leading through deep technical knowledge and architecture expertise.
What you will do in this role:
Technical Leadership & DeliveryLead the design of cloud-native architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP.Architect secure and scalable infrastructure.Operate as the technical lead within project teams, actively contributing to implementation and solution configuration.Guide clients through workload migrations, platform modernization, and greenfield development.Run architectural workshops, build Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and validate assumptions via technical exploration.
Client Engagement & AdvisoryCollaborate with sales, delivery, and marketing teams to shape winning proposals and RFP responses.Own the architectural vision for complex engagements and ensure alignment between client goals and proposed solutions.Present to executive stakeholders during sales cycles to build trust and demonstrate value.Lead strategic discovery sessions with client executives and technical leaders to identify modernization and transformation opportunities.Serve as a trusted advisor on architecture, platform strategy, cloud-native patterns, and AI/data enablement.Guide clients through complex decision-making processes regarding legacy transformation, team topologies, DevOps adoption, and technology investments.
Internal Enablement & InnovationMentor architects, engineers, and consultants to elevate technical expertise and delivery maturity.Develop internal playbooks, reusable models, and training content to scale influence.Lead internal innovation initiatives focusing on AI, automation, DevOps, or cloud-native accelerators.Refine service offerings related to modernization and technology strategy.Stay informed on emerging technologies and assess their applicability for clients and e-Core solutions.Partner with recruiting and HR teams to attract and retain top technology talent.
Thought Leadership & Market PositioningRepresent e-Core’s point of view on modernization, cloud, AI, and product development in public forums such as webinars, conferences, blogs, and whitepapers.Create frameworks, maturity models, and reusable accelerators that shape industry conversations and reinforce e-Core’s value proposition.Partner with marketing to package offers and enhance market visibility.
This position is a good fit for you if you:
Have experience in software architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and leadership in development teams.Possess proven experience advising clients on cloud-native, AI, or modernization journeys.Demonstrate strong storytelling and executive communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and influence stakeholders.Have experience working in consulting or professional services (preferred).Are familiar with Agile at Scale, DevOps practices, and platform thinking.Feel comfortable operating across pre-sales, delivery, and long-term client engagements.-term client relationship contexts
