As an operations consulting generalist at PwC, you will possess a broad understanding of various aspects of operations consulting. You will provide comprehensive guidance and support to clients in optimising operational efficiency and effectiveness. Working in this area, you will analyse client needs, develop operational solutions, and offer recommendations tailored to specific business requirements.

Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate. The Opportunity
As part of the Operations Consulting Generalist team you are expected to develop and deploy digital solutions for financial services products and manage changes to operations, including people, process, and technology. As a Senior Manager you are expected to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success. You are also responsible for conducting market research, managing project delivery, and developing and growing team members.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years of experience

What Sets You Apart
- Master of Business Administration in Business Administration/Management, Operations Management/Research, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Computer and Information Science & Accounting preferred
- CFA, CPP preferred
- Developing and deploying digital financial services solutions
- Managing large teams through operational changes
- Leading significant business results
- Building collaborative relationships with team members
- Conducting market research and quantitative analyzes
- Managing delivery from project scoping to conclusion
- Familiarity with systems and tools in trade lifecycle
