Summary
As a Experienced Test Engineer at Gainwell, you will be a part of an innovative healthcare technology company with a mission to serve the healthcare needs of our communities. You will use your network testing and network management skills to drive the development of healthcare administration products used, and relied upon, by millions of patients. Your role in our mission

- Participates as a member of Testing team as well as lead Testing Teams.
- Plans and executes the analysis of the testing requirements of a project in order to define a Testing Strategy
- Defines the metrics to be collected to monitor the performance and effectiveness of testing for a project
- Responsible for the provision of guidance, relating to testing activities for a project, to project teams and clients
- Identifies and recommends improvements to methods and standard for a project through an assessment of current testing practices, and supports implementation of recommended improvements
What we're looking for
- 8 or more years of experience in leading and delivering multiple testing services in Medicaid (Pharmacy highly preferred)
- Experience in leading/managing User Acceptance Testing, Customer Vendor Management; Demonstrate technical leadership skills
- Exceptional in understanding requirement, design specifications, testing strategy; testing analysis and design and functional test specifications
- Exceptional in testing processes and tools to execute test cases and scripts, analyze test results, report on testing progress and results, facilitate defect resolution and document final test results to execute testing engagement
- Exceptional in testing processes and testing metrics to review test summary report, provide testing project feedback and archive testing assets to verify completion of testing

The pay range for this position is [[$97,565]] - [[117,000]] per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
