We’re a hands-on, collaborative team that thrives on solving complex technical challenges and continuously improving the systems that power some of the world’s most demanding AI workloads.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <p>As a Data Center Technician Apprentice, you’ll launch your IT career while working alongside experienced technicians who will provide hands-on coaching, real-time feedback, and mentorship every step of the way. From day one, you’ll gain practical experience in a cutting-edge AI cloud environment, developing the technical skills needed to support enterprise-scale infrastructure while contributing to the performance and reliability of our data centers.</p> <p>On a typical day, you’ll:</p> <ul> <li>Diagnose and troubleshoot server, networking, and hardware issues in a fast-paced production environment.</li> <li>Provide hands-on technical support alongside experienced data center technicians and engineers.</li> <li>Assemble, rack, cable, and install enterprise-grade servers, networking equipment, and supporting infrastructure.</li> <li>Perform hardware upgrades, preventative maintenance, and equipment replacements to maximize system reliability.</li> <li>Learn to automate operational tasks by developing or modifying scripts that support server and network operations.</li> <li>Investigate hardware and software failures, perform root cause analysis, and help implement long-term solutions.</li&
