OTR Occupational Therapist

Fort HealthCare's Rehab Department seeks a PRN Occupational Therapist to join the hospital weekend rotation and the Therapy and Sport Center outpatient clinics. The responsibilities for this position will be to provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment to patients, and to participate in interdisciplinary rounds when covering in the hospital. Desirable candidates will have 2 years of experience. Requirements are a bachelor's degree, Wisconsin license to practice occupational therapy upon hire, and certification through 5/31/2027 by their start date.
