In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding care to patients in the comfort of their own homes, focusing on wound management and ostomy care.

Areas of Need: Various locations including Oakland, Macomb, and Wayne counties.

Requirements

• Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Preferred: Minimum one (1) year of home health nursing experience
• Graduated from an accredited Wound, Ostomy, and Continence (WOC) nursing education program
• Experience in wound and ostomy care within an interdisciplinary team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate patient-focused approach
• Proper documentation skills and familiarity with medical software
• Current CPR certification and tuberculosis (TB) test results
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
• Willingness to travel within designated service areas
