Job Description:
The Regional Process Consultant is part of the pricing and cataloging team for the North American Independent Aftermarket. This role will be managing the implementation, maintenance, and user training for various pricing tools. The Regional Process Consultant will also be responsible for KPI tracking such as margin development and coordination of countermeasures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Applies functional and technical expertise with the global pricing excellence team to implement new pricing tools and identify new solutions to satisfy business challenges. Support, test, and implement new solutions and provide training.
- Demonstrates experience in gathering data, structuring analyses, synthesizing results, and presenting conclusions and recommendations.
- Identifies price management improvement areas and facilitate corrective actions through resolution, training, and workshops.
- Measures price related KPI's such as margin and collaborates with sales and marketing on countermeasures.
- Drives ongoing qualification initiatives such as price excellence training throughout the marketing and sales organization to increase maturity level of existing and new associates relative to price and conditions management.
- Offers ad hoc support and consultancy to department initiatives in other areas such as cataloging.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Marketing required; MBA strongly preferred.
- 3-7 years of experience in project management, sales, or marketing.
- Business acumen with strong statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Advanced MS Excel experience; must be proficient with other MS Office tools. SAP preferred.
- Strong process improvement facilitation skills.
