Position Title:  Marketing Assistant

Position Location: Conshohocken, PA

Position Reports To: Property & Casualty Department Leader

Position Summary:  The Marketing Assistant will collaborate with our carrier partners and account teams to support the marketing of our policies at renewal and for new business. This is a fantastic opportunity to get started in the insurance industry and join an organization that supports professional growth and development.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Collaborate with account teams to support the marketing of renewal and new business lines of coverage with various insurance carriers
• Maintain detailed documentation in our agency management system to adhere with Brown & Brown compliance guidelines
• Utilize strong communication skills to develop relationships with insurance carrier partners and account teams to deliver timely and impactful customer service
• Navigate various insurance carrier portals to quote and bind coverage
• Participate in training and development opportunities to develop insurance coverage and insurance marketplace knowledge

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• 1+ year work experience
• Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Windows environment, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
