Kitsap Mental Health Services is hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist to play a critical role in supporting the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services. You will evaluate clinical performance, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and collaborate on developing effective strategies to enhance clinical processes and documentation. This position offers the opportunity to influence agency growth and improve outcomes through data-driven decision-making and collaborative efforts.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct reviews across all clinical programs to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and alignment with best practices.
Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to evaluate and enhance recovery-oriented, patient-centered care delivery.
Track program outcomes, identify trends, and provide recommendations to promote staff growth and improve client care.
Review client documentation to ensure services align with agency guidelines and meet the needs of clients.
Develop and refine processes, workflows, and systems to facilitate quality care and ensure regulatory compliance.
Provide education, training, and technical assistance to staff in collaboration with the Quality leadership and Training Department.
Support quality improvement initiatives addressing gaps in care and health disparities.
Assist in audits, including Department of Health, Managed Care Organizations, and internal reviews, by pulling and reviewing charts and ensuring preparedness.
Generate reports tracking client engagement, clinical responses, and discharges to improve client care and health equity.
Stay up to date on all behavioral health treatment standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance practices.
