Raytheon’s Mobile Sensors & Weapons Systems (MSWS) department is currently looking for a Senior System Engineer to support as a Radar Integrator for the GhostEye product line. Integration and Test engineers are responsible for interconnecting subsystems, identifying and resolving system level issues that may stem from software or hardware anomalies, and developing automated or operator-driven tests in support of system-level requirements verification.
What You Will Do
- Support system level radar integration planning, execution, and reporting
- Prepare integration documentation, such as plans, procedures, and integration information sheets
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Analyze data for radar hardware, software, and simulations
- Utilize data analysis results to support issue identification and resolution as well as system level requirements verification
- Occasional extended hour work shifts or second shift availability on a rotating basis
- Ability to support testing at Tewksbury, MA and Pelham, NH facilities
- Regular travel to support radar operation & integration, both domestic and international, up to 25%
- Collaborate across engineering functions to drive performance and resolve issues
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior engineering experience.
- Experience with software, operations, test, systems integration and/or verification.
- Experience with MATLAB

Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience in development of test scripts and automation techniques or methodologies
- Experience interfacing with internal and external customers, and finding technical solutions to complex requirements
- Experience with generating technical documentation in support of requirements integration and verification
- Experience with network configurations and troubleshooting
- Experience with Linux/UNIX command line

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
