About the role:
We are seeking a Director of Operations to play a critical role to our talent management and consultancy team. As a member of our team, you will have the responsibility of organizational development, financial, and organizational strategy across both the Talent Management and Consulting practice. Those with lived Disability experience and who identify as Disabled are strongly encouraged to apply.
Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
- Analyze client requirements to develop scope of work and budgets that are appropriate and profitable
- Engage clients to effectively address issues, manage budgets as necessary to improve business and account performance
- Manage multiple projects/clients and effectively coordinate with other team leaders for staffing and budget needs and requirements
- Manage project teams, delegate tasks effectively and oversee the development of deliverables to ensure high quality standards
- Lead internal and external client meetings and offer creative insights and suggestions
- Provide strategy consultancy and execution to support Talent & Consultancy with a focus on accessibility, technology, marketing, brand development and communications
- Work in close collaboration with other senior staff across departments to generate new business
- Actively seek opportunities for marketing C Talent through thought leadership and networking activities
- To help grow the learning and development of the Talent Managers and Talent Assistants of C Talent Management
- You should be able to run monthly reporting per Talent Manager & Consultant
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- 10+ years of experience in two or more of the following areas (e.g., Management Consulting, Corporate Development, Operations, Finance, Media, Entertainment).
- Experience creating and delivering strategic recommendations to executive leaders, based on system-level thinking and design, technical acumen, and sound, data-driven conclusions.
- A strong knowledge of Accessibility and the Disability community
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to structure and execute programs and build operational capabilities at scale and with demonstrable results
- Ability to build highly pragmatic teams, foster strong trust and lead through influence, both with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent business judgment, problem solving, project management, budgeting and people management skills, exhibit innovative thinking, curiosity, collaboration and comfort in solving ambiguous problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in Google Slides, Google Suite
- Commercial acumen and a creative mindset
- Fluent understanding of marketing, with a focus on digital advertising and/or PR
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Salary Range - for this role is $125,000 - $150,000
