Marketing Generalist

Steadily is an insurtech that insures landlords.  We're two years old, just over 100 people, manage $6B in risk, and are intent on becoming the best and largest insurer of rental properties.   We exist to deliver fast, affordable insurance and to pay claims quickly and fairly.  To do that, we hire the best engineers, actuaries, sales, and service people in the country to build the experience that we'd want if we were a client.

The Marketing Generalist role will support marketing efforts cross-functionally, including the direct-to-consumer, partnerships, and independent agent channels.

What You'll Do

• Manage the ongoing relationships with influencers and affiliate partners as part of the Steadily Brand Ambassador program, including creating promotional assets, identifying new ambassadors, onboarding, ongoing campaign communications, and reporting. 
• Support the Steadily events marketing program by managing the events calendar, trade show logistics, marketing collateral production, and attending key events on behalf of Steadily. 
• Craft, deploy, and optimize customer lifecycle marketing campaigns, including working with other departments on segmentation and campaign set-up, copy and email design, and ongoing campaign optimizations.
• Assist with marketing operations, including refining digital marketing infrastructure and improvements to digital tagging, tracking, reporting and analytics. Work with internal data and analytics colleagues to create new reporting dashboards and analytics resources for broader marketing team use. 
• Create new landing pages on Steadily.com and work with the Paid Search Marketing Lead and Content and SEO Lead to optimize web content for optimal performance. 
• Work cross-functionally with partnerships and independent agent teams to support their programs via strategic marketing campaigns, including email marketing, events marketing, website content, direct mail, print collateral, partner amplification strategies, and more.
• Own the social media calendar, including reposting brand ambassador content, creating branded assets for social promotion, social media performance analytics, and community management.
• Assist with the affiliate publisher program, including identifying placement opportunities crafting key messages and contributed content for external publications, and monitoring affiliate performance.
• Assist with designing, writing, and producing marketing collateral, including flyers, brochures, digital assets, social media content, event collateral, etc. 

Ideal Background

• Experienced: You have experience in launching and optimizing marketing campaigns across numerous channels and are comfortable with multiple marketing tools, platforms, and analytics providers.
• Builder: You have experience building and launching marketing campaigns for new brands in hyper-growth stage and are comfortable translating brand guidelines into marketing collateral. 
• Digital: You are a savvy digital marketer who is comfortable with a variety of digital tools and platforms, including: Figma, Webflow, eCRM and Marketing Tools, Salesforce, Social Media Platforms, and Performance and attribution tools (Google Analytics, Metabase, Mixpanel, etc). 
• Hungry: You want to make the leap into an early-stage tech startup to rapidly accelerate your growth.

Compensation

• Starting salary of at least $150,000 per year.
