🧠 What You’ll Do
Administer and monitor psychotropic medications
Assess and manage drug and alcohol withdrawal
Utilize de‑escalation techniques and restraint management when clinically necessary
Partner closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, therapeutic care
Support patients through stabilization, recovery, and treatment planning
