Digital Marketing Coordinator

The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the execution of digital marketing initiatives for Tahzoo. In this role, you will responsible for monitoring market trends, creating campaigns and working with our leadership team to develop more awareness of what Tahzoo offers. Our ideal candidate is an organized and creative individual who thrives in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Partner with internal creative and dev teams to oversee updates and changes to tahzoo.com
• Develop and executive strategies to drive traffic to tahzoo.com
• Manage all organic social campaigns, create content calendars, oversee content creation processes and occasionally edit content yourself
• Support strategy and execution of brand marketing as well as employer marketing initiatives
• Track and report on web traffic and campaign data and make recommendations for future strategies that are data-driven, measurable and realistically executable

Requirements

• A Bacherlor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a Marketing role, ideally in a B2B setting
• Solid understanding of digital marketing including web, search, social, brand, and partner marketing
• Exposure to web analytics
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to create presentations that clearly communicate results of marketing-related initiatives to our executive leadership team
• An entrepreneurial spirit, strong problem-solving instincts, and a desire to learn
