As a Supply Specialist at Flex Technology Group, you'll be crucial in meeting customer needs by efficiently processing orders and providing exceptional service. You'll handle inquiries, manage orders from various platforms, and ensure the timely delivery of supplies. This position demands excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Receive and process orders from multiple platforms promptly
- Enter orders accurately using various computer and software programs
- Quote shipping charges and manage shipping logistics
- Conduct research and follow up on inquiries as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to expedite order fulfillment
- Provide attentive and empathetic customer support, resolving issues effectively
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Assist in training new hires and sharing knowledge with team members
- Prepare reports and analyze statistics for management review
- Demonstrate basic mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Maintain an engaged and positive attitude toward company culture
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous customer service/call center experience preferred (1-2 years)
- Strong customer relations skills with excellent communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to adapt quickly to process changes and improvements
- Reliable transportation is required; bilingual proficiency is a plus
- This role requires you to be in the office 3 days a week. Tue, Wed, and Thur.
