ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with customers and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers.
- Greets arriving and departing guests. Loads guests belongings onto carts and delivers them safely to guests rooms or to guests vehicles.
- Parks and retrieves guest vehicles in specified areas in an efficient and safe manner. Must be able to drive manual transmissions.
- Responsible for assuring the highest quality guest experience by promoting the Purpose and Values Model throughout all areas of responsibility.
- Performs drive-and-park assignments per department policies and procedures.
- Assists hotel guests with their luggage and provide information regards to property and events within the casino.
- Provides prompt, courteous and efficient service to all guests.
- Orient guests to room facilities by explaining the different features available/
- Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Regular attendance for scheduled work is required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in writing in English to guests and other employees. Ability to articulate effective correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add and subtract.
COMPUTER SKILLS
None.
