Dietary- Store Room Clerk

Must be able to order items for dietary, stock goods, and some inventory control. Be able to keep storeroom, and all walk in refrigerators clean. Computer literacy required.

Education: Must possess a high school education or equivalent (GED)

In-house requisition ordersEnsures in-house requisitions are correctly filled. Ensures vendor orders are delivered correctly Checks filled orders against requisition for accuracy; makes appropriate corrections Delivers correctly filled orders to designated person or area as indicated on requisition Checks-in orders for accuracy and acceptable packaging Assists in weekly food ordersStoreroom maintenanceMaintains storeroom in clean and organized condition Washes and cleans shelves as instructed Keeps supplies neatly organized on shelves Properly disposes of all trash and waste
