About the role

As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, Security Business, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by collaborating closely with GTM Leadership and the Security Sales Team. Your expertise as a strategic field operations partner will support Coalition’s ambitious growth targets, bridging Revenue Operations and Executive priorities with frontline sales teams.

You’ll take ownership of field activity analytics, performance reporting, and resource allocation—delivering actionable insights and enhanced visibility across the sales organization. You’ll also lead process improvement and tool optimization initiatives, translating business needs from GTM stakeholders into scalable workflows and system enhancements (across both third-party and proprietary platforms).

This role calls for a candidate adept at distilling complex business data and insights, fostering cross-functional relationships, and aligning stakeholders around actionable outcomes. You thrive in fast-paced settings where your initiative and impact are tangible. Resourceful, collaborative, and deeply accountable, you instinctively identify challenges, prioritize deliverables, and execute with a high degree of ownership and accuracy. Your drive to continuously learn and elevate those around you enables you to design frameworks that clarify pipeline priorities—empowering GTM teams to pursue high-value opportunities with focus and confidence.
