Location: Manitowoc, WI
Salary: Minimum starting at $19.00/hour
Work Environment: Manufacturing
Schedule: 1st shift (6:00am – 2:00pm) Monday – Friday with occasional overtime
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Tech I to join our Wall Department. The ideal candidate will work across multiple work centers, contributing to various tasks including assembling wall panels, material handling, cutting plastic, pulling product from warehouse for orders and maintaining a neat and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cut plastic materials accurately and efficiently.
• Assemble wall panels according to specifications.
• Handle materials and manage inventory in the department warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a forklift license within 2 months of employment.
• Ability to accurately use a tape measure.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
