Monitor CPI and SPI indicators, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions to ensure program financial health.
- Risk and Opportunity Management: Identify, assess, and manage program risks and issues. Develop mitigation strategies and ensure timely escalation of critical concerns. Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities for program growth, efficiency, and capability expansion.
- Contract and Change Management: Manage contractual compliance and support development of change orders, contract modifications, and equitable adjustments in coordination with contracts, legal, and finance teams. Identify potential entitlements and manage contract deviations affecting cost or schedule.
- Proposal and Business Development Support: Support business development and capture activities including development of proposals, technical approaches, cost estimates, and statements of work for follow-on opportunities within the region.
