Work Flexibility: Onsite<p></p><p></p><p>An enthusiastic and ambitious HR/Payroll student to join our Nordic HR team for an exciting internship experience in our Malmö office !</p><p></p><p>You’ll have the opportunity to work across four diverse countries, each with its own local language, local currency and local legislation gaining valuable insights into a dynamic and international HR environment.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p>As an intern, you will join the Nordic HR-team in supporting the Nordic part of the Northern Europe region at Stryker. Further on, you will get:</p><ul><li><p>Exposure and gain experience from various HR related tasks on the Nordic market.</p></li><li><p>Support the payroll team with administrative tasks and gain insight into payroll routines and regulations as well as assist with monthly payroll processing.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to local small-scale projects and internal employee communications.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>This is a fantastic opportunity to learn what it’s like to work in a global organization while being based at our Malmö office, where you will be part of our dedicated Nordic HR team.</p><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>You are in the final stages of your on-going HR studies (Payroll, Human Resources management or similar) and wants to gain some practical experience as part of your education.</p></li><li><p>Special interests or knowledge from Nordic working practices, holiday legislations and local benefits management is a plus.</p></li><li><p>You need to be fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
