Director of International Partnerships (m/f/d)  

Your responsibilities:  

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive international outreach strategy for Constructor University, including Erasmus+ and other programs

  • Identify and explore international partnerships to expand the university's global reach and reputation.

  • Lead the implementation of Erasmus+ and all international student and faculty exchange programs, ensuring adherence to guidelines and deadlines.

  • Develop and launch new international initiatives like dual degrees, short-term programs (summer/winter, study trips, faculty-led programs, blended programs, certificates, online programs).

  • Implement strategies and manage projects to generate revenue from international programs (e.g., tuition, grants, funding, contracts).

  • Secure grant opportunities (e.g., Erasmus+) to support international programs.

  • Work closely with faculty and staff across departments to coordinate implementation of international projects.

  • Build strong relationships with international partner institutions, government agencies, and stakeholders.

  • Monitor and evaluate international programs and projects, measuring their impact on enrollment, faculty engagement, university visibility, and income.

  • Prepare comprehensive reports on international outreach activities.

  • Represent Constructor University at international events.

  • Contribute to developing and implementing internationalization policies and procedures.

  • Manage the team members.

  • Handle other relevant tasks assigned by university leadership to support international outreach efforts.

Your profile:  

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in international relations/history, or in another relevant field.

  • Ability to develop and implement comprehensive international outreach strategies.

  • Expertise in leading and coordinating programs such as Erasmus+ and other international student and faculty exchange programs.

  • Experience in implementing and managing international projects to generate revenue (e.g., tuition, grants, funding, contracts).

  • Skill in identifying and exploring suitable international partnerships to expand the university's international profile.

  • Ability to develop and launch new international initiatives, such as dual degrees, short-term programs (summer/winter, study trips, faculty-led programs, blended programs, certificates, online programs).

  • At least 5 years’ experience in managing and leading team members in a university setting.

  • A postgraduate degree in a relevant field would be an advantage.
